U.S. Latinos in Tech Report: AI
Last week, L'ATTITUDE, the leading business event celebrating the power and influence of U.S. Latinos, was held in San Diego. During the event, the Latino Donor Collaborative unveiled its U.S. Latinos in Tech Report: AI – Fourth Annual Edition™, developed in partnership with Conectado and sponsored by Wells Fargo.
This report highlights the crucial role that U.S. Latinos are playing in driving the advancement of the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). It provides groundbreaking insights into Latinos’ contributions and challenges in the AI sector. Co-authored by Nonny de la Peña, Ph.D. and Guillermo Diaz, it also explores key themes, including the Latino demographic bonus, Latinos fueling AI, and educational attainment, offering a roadmap for increasing Latino representation in AI.
I loved seeing that the report included 25 Latinos Leading the Way by Newsweek en Español América, as well as the leadership spotlights featuring:
Soribel Feliz a thought leader in Responsible AI and AI governance.
Rebecca Gonzales, Chief Customer Officer at The Cantellus Group and former Global Head at Amazon’s Generative AI Innovation Center.
José Morey, M.D., CEO of Ad Astra Media LLC.
Jesse Martinez, Founder of LSA Global and the Latinx Startup Alliance.
These leaders are helping redefine the future of AI and Latino success. Read the report: 2024 LDC U.S. Latinos in Tech Report: AI ™ - Latino Donor Collaborative
