Ramona is a visionary entrepreneur and passionate advocate for diverse innovators and the pursuit of generational wealth. We asked her:
What made you decide to launch your first startup?
The first time I was driven to solve a problem and secure a seat at the table. It was about ensuring that Latinos had representation in the generational wealth boom unfolding in Silicon Valley.
What advice do you have for anyone launching a startup?
Two key things:
Understand your exit strategy – Who would eventually buy your company? Identifying potential acquirers early on can help you shape your business model and growth strategy to align with their interests.
Know the problem you’re solving – Be crystal clear on the problem you’re addressing because that directly impacts your first point.
